Daniel Conroy, CPA
Dan Conroy, Managing Partner of Henderson Harbor Search, is recognized as one of the leading specialized accounting and finance recruiters nationally with a core focus in New Jersey and New York. He has provided recruiting services to corporations and public accounting firms across the US since 1997.
Dan is known for his recruiting techniques that include his use of original research and consultative career counseling. He has cultivated long–standing relationships with clients and candidates and is a true leader in his field.
Prior to starting Henderson Harbor Search, Dan was a recruiting manager with Robert Half International, the world’s largest staffing firm in their New Jersey offices where he was the organizations worldwide top biller as well as a Chairman’s Club Member. He began his career in public accounting with one of RSM McGladrey’s network firms, Firley, Moran, Freer & Eassa and subsequently held an internal audit role at Booz Allen.
Dan was awarded a BBA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University in New York State. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and frequently speaks at Colleges and Universities and as a member of the NJSCPA. Dan provides innovative career consulting to Accounting and Finance professionals, and conducts training programs for recruiting agencies with offices in New Jersey, New York, Florida and Boston.
Dan is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
Ralph Pondiscio, CPA
Ralph Pondiscio, Managing Director of Henderson Harbor Search leads the South Florida office with 11 years of specialized accounting and finance recruiting experience. Ralph’s dedicated approach to career planning and customer service excellence has resulted in long standing candidate and client relationships.
Ralph received his BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton and went on to earn his CPA. He began his career in public accounting and later worked as the Assistant Controller for a large manufacturing company.
Ralph joined Robert Half International, the world’s largest staffing firm, as a Recruiting Manager in 1998 and worked with New Jersey’s leading corporations and public accounting firms. In 2003 he relocated to South Florida and worked in their West Palm Beach office. During his tenure he was recognized as one of the company's worldwide top performers and a President's Club award winner.
Ralph is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). He is also an Ambassador for the American Heart Association and speaks for them regularly.
